Patent Attorney Timo Hotti (M.Sc.) handles the patenting of inventions in the ICT field, especially software engineering, and mechanics as a registered patent attorney in Finland and internationally. Timo also carries out various IPR mappings and manages utility model applications.

Timo transferred to BORENIUS & Co in 2008 through the business acquisition of Iprbox Oy. He has worked in the patent field since 2005. Previously he worked as a consultant in IPR related matters and in the software field, for example in the United States.

Timo holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering and management. In addition to his mother tongue Finnish, Timo speaks English, German and Swedish.

In his spare time, Timo’s hobbies are photography and fitness training.
