Petri Nieminen runs the consultation and education services at BORENIUS & Co. As an expert, he consults on how to combine IPR and business strategically, for instance in the form of market and competitor mappings, and various education and work shop events.

Petri moved to BORENIUS & Co in 2008 through the business acquisition of Iprbox Oy. At Iprbox Oy Petri acted ever since the company’s foundation in 2005, first by creating a broad consultation and education service base for the company as a consulting manager, and later as the managing director.

Before starting his work in the IPR field, Petri worked 15 years in the software business with various tasks related to consultation, education and management at Accenture and BEA Systems Oy.

Petri has a broad educational background in the ICT field, in product development, sales and marketing. In addition to his mother tongue Finnish, his language skills include English, Swedish and a pinch of German. He is a member of the associations Accenture Alumni and BEA Systems Alumni.

Petri enjoys his spare time in the nature with his family. In the winter Petri’s life is downhill.
